he Athens Conference on EU Energy Law and Policy is HERI’s flagship annual initiative and has developed into one of the most respected events in the field. Established as a distinguished scientific hub for in-depth analysis in the fields of Energy Law and Regulation the Conference consistently attracts, as co-organizers, leading research institutions in the field, including the Florence School of Regulation, the German Institute for Energy Regulation, Queen Mary University of London, and the University of Bergen (Norway), widely recognized for its expertise in energy policy. Furthermore, the distinguishing attribute of the Athens Conference on EU Energy Law and Policy is HERI’s commitment to publish an academic volume based on the proceedings of each conference, in collaboration with reputable international academic publishers.
