The 3rd international high level meeting in Athens, “Energy Commodities Conference 2017”, is going to take place on Friday the 12th and Saturday the 13th of May 2017, in “Athinais” Multicultural Center. Part of the discussion will be the principle evolutions of the Power Markets in CEE and SEE, as part of the planned European Single Market. Antonis Metaxas, Ass. Professor of E.U. Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, haw been invited to present his analysis on “Capacity Markets and European State Aid Law”.
